Position Overview Reporting to the Global Controller, the Director of EMEA Finance Integrations will lead the financial integration of both past and future acquisitions across the region. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless alignment of financial systems, processes, and teams with global standards. Acting as a key cross-functional leader, the Director will collaborate closely with Corporate Development, Regional Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and business unit stakeholders to develop and execute integration strategies that enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support scalable growth. Position Description Assess and document existing accounting processes within acquired entities to identify integration requirements and gaps. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to guide the transition of acquired entities to NetSuite, ensuring alignment with timelines, reporting needs, and compliance standards. Lead the end-to-end integration and localization of EMEA entities onto the NetSuite platform, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Optimize NetSuite usage for acquired companies already on the platform by enhancing configuration, workflows, and reporting to drive efficiency and maximize value. Mentor, coach, and support team members on NetSuite best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Evaluate the accounting policies, procedures, and control environments of acquired entities. Provide actionable recommendations and lead implementation efforts to standardize practices and strengthen internal controls. Drive process standardization across EMEA region to support scalability, operational efficiency, and alignment with global finance strategy. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline ( Master’s degree preferred). Professional certification such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on integration activities. Strong understanding of EMEA accounting, tax regulations, and financial systems. Proven experience managing NetSuite integrations. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-border projects across functions and cultures. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to occasionally travel regionally and internationally. This is a full-time, exempt paid position.
