Tucker Gardner are looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join them in Ely.
In this role you will support customers throughout their home-buying journey by offering tailored mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role
11. Guide customers through the mortgage and protection process, offering tailored advice to meet their individual needs.
12. Build strong relationships with Estate Agency teams, providing support and generating new business opportunities.
13. Work towards performance goals in a results-driven environment while contributing to branch meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
This role is ideal if you:
14. Hold a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) — whether recently achieved or ready to put your knowledge into practice.
15. Are currently in a Trainee Mortgage Advisor role or looking for your first opportunity in Mortgage Services.
16. Have a strong sales/customer focus and the ambition to build a successful career.
17. Hold a full UK driving licence.
