We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join our client 's Whybrow branch.

Whybrow, established in 1985, is looking to expand its commercial property management division. The company has significant experience within its current directorship and boasts a prestigious client database, reinforcing its reputable standing in the commercial sector.
Now part of our client 's group, Whybrow operates across various property domains, including residential agency, commercial ventures, lettings, financial services, professional survey work, new builds, and land development. This integration offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage the group’s extensive database of 130,000 contacts.
Requirements
1. Understanding and experience of relevant commercial legislation, including Landlord and Tenant Act law.
2. Ability to liaise effectively with clients and potential clients.
3. Experience with commercial property software.
4. Ability to handle landlord and tenant issues.
5. Conduct property inspections.
6. Manage works and contractors.
7. Track and chase rent collection and arrears.
8. Manage and reconcile service charges.
9. Maintain and fully update property records.
10. Ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Location
The main Whybrow office is based in Colchester; however, our client is looking to expand the team outside of Colchester across Essex.
Hours of Work
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Once fully competent and after successfully completing the probation period, two days of hybrid working will be available.
