What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the QS team across residential and office fit-out projects
* Assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and variations
* Managing subcontractor packages and supporting on final accounts
* Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and costs
* Helping to ensure commercial efficiency across projects
What We're Looking For:
1. 1-3 years' experience in a quantity surveying or assistant QS role
2. Main contractor experience preferred (open to other sector other than residential or fit out)
3. Strong numeracy, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
