Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Oversee day-to-day warehouse ops: deliveries, fulfilment, returns. Streamline picking and packing processes for speed and accuracy. Lead the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain accurate inventory through regular checks and cycle counts. Drive improvements across logistics, storage, and dispatch. Manage courier relationships and ensure on-time delivery. Team Leadership Manage a small warehouse team with plans to grow. Lead hiring, training, and performance management.
