What the Role Involves
Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same: helping someone live safely and happily in their own home.
You’ll support with:
* Personal care and daily routines
* Medication reminders and mealtime support
* Mobility and building confidence around the home
* Light household tasks to keep things safe and comfortable
* Companionship — because connection truly matters
You’ll regularly visit the same clients, giving you the opportunity to build trust and make a genuine, lasting impact.
What You’ll Receive:
* £13.50 per hour
* Double pay on peak days
* Paid travel and waiting time
* 35p per mile mileage allowance
* Paid DBS (refunded after probation)
* Earn while you train – fully paid induction and shadowing
* £400 refer-a-friend reward
* Clear progression opportunities into Senior or Lead roles
Minimum 1-hour visits — giving you real time to care properly.
Shifts & Flexibility: We provide care between 06:45 – 21:30 on Saturdays and Sundays, and we’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits around your life.

* Must reside in the branch's territory in Kent
* We are unable to support with sponsorship for this position.
