Location: Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford
Hours: hours per week, Full-time

Summary:
Rowley Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 10 bedrooms all with en suite facilities. Investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. Two fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement and spinal surgery.
Treatments at the hospital also include colonoscopy, hernia surgery, cataract surgery, gastroscopy, Spinal Sugery, and varicose veins surgery. Competitively priced cosmetic surgery is also available for a wide range of procedures including breast enlargement, tummy tuck, liposuction and facial surgery by our consultant led service.
The Role:
We are currently looking for a bookings clerk to join our team at Rowley Hall Hospital based in Stafford. As a bookings clerk you will help to facilitate in all areas of work undertaken by this department. This will include, but is not limited to; the booking in of patients for their surgery, ensuring accuracy at all times. Booking of eRS appointments, highlighting any shortfalls in available appointments etc. Managing RTT pathways - correcting as required and ensuring patients are treated within the timescales given at any time. Managing IPT work from other hospitals - including any corresponding Trackers/uploading of documents etc. Pulling data from reports.
Skills & Attributes:
1. Excellent knowledge of GDPR is a must
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Computer literate
4. Ability to work on their own, as well as in a team.
5. Be able to follow instructions to ensure all aspects of tasks are fully carried out.
6. Time management skills are essential.
