Experience required…
Essential:
6. A strong background in Bridge Engineering, Chartered or an aspiration to achieve CEng status.
7. UK experience within a public, private or third-sector UK-based client
8. Project Management and Design.
9. Checking and preparing structural assessment calculations.
10. Preparation of AIPs and technical reports.
11. Detailed design of highway structures and minor structural improvement schemes to rectify storm damage to culverts, road bridges, foot bridges and fords.
12. Preparation of Specifications, Bills of Quantity; Works and Site Information plus Designer’s Risk Assessments and Pre-Construction Information.
13. A full UK driving license.
Desirable:
14. Contract Management – NEC3 and NEC4
15. Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control preferable.
