Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Cleaner to join a welcoming care home team. This is a temporary assignment working 36 hours per week (08:00 – 15:30). The incoming candidate will be required to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The incoming Cleaner will be providing support the care home, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Main Duties: * Cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the home, including residents’ rooms, communal areas, and staff facilities * Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly * Ensure that health and safety and infection control procedures are followed at all times * Support the care team by maintaining a hygienic and pleasant environment Essential Criteria: * Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a care home / healthcare setting * Enhanced DBS clearance * Knowledge and understanding of relevant health, safety, and hygiene practices * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of cleanliness * Good communication skills and a caring approach If your skills match the above criteria, please apply with your up-to-date CV...
