Responsible for overseeing multiple sites - fresh food operations all diverse in concept and renown operations on the Island
Training and Development - across the sites Must be a natural leader Maintaining consistency of food throughout the groups outlets Maintaining a healthy, fun and productive working environment with a high staff moral Must be a natural born trainer Responsible for the completion of all necessary administrative duties Supplier negotiation - Menu development and tastings
Recruitment, training and development of your team Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be fully up to date on current Health & safety, Hygiene Legislation
Able to produce training and SOP working manuals
Commercially and Financially Sound, with excellent business acumen
Must have strong consistency in roles and checkable references
1. Will have proven history as an exec chef overseeing multis outlets
2. A fast paced premium casual dining background is an advantage/new launch experience /or multis site gastro pub fresh food operations
3. Will demonstrate excellent training and development skills
4. Motivating and mentoring
5. Must maintain professionalism under pressure
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. Will have a strong personality and a passion for delivering great food.
8. Will have a dynamic personality a great energy can also suit an exec chef who is looking to step up from overseeing two /three sites
£55- 60 k plus dependent on experience
