Maintenance Supervisor Electrical Bias (Days, 39.5hr Week) Solihull Up to £62,000 Bonus and Benefits My client are a leading design and manufacturer within the automotive sector who have experienced year on year growth. In the last 6 years they have grown to employing over 500 staff and have built a reputation for being market leaders. Due to this growth as well as an extremely healthy order book they are looking for a Maintenance Supervsor to join their Maintenance team. The role would suit a Maintenance Engineer who has experience with implementing a PPM or a Maintenance Supervisor who is willing to be hands on the tools as well as supervise. The role of Maintenance Supervisor:- * Planned, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all plant, equipment and facilities. Specialising in electrical (Presses, Guillotines, Welding Equipment, Paint Equipment) * Willingness to be hands on and lead from the front * Supervision of 1 Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, 1 Maintenance Co ordinator, 1 Facilities Engineer and Contractors. * Electrical installation * Inspection and testing of electrical installations * Electrical repair, fault finding and diagnosis * Continuous improvement and project experience to reduce downtime, cost, reliance on contractors * Willingness to be hands on 50% and also supervise 50% * Coaching, developing, nurturing and training the maintenance team Ideally the Maintenance Supervisor will:- * Time served electrical maintenance engineer * Experience of planned, predictive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing plant, equipment and facilities * Experience maintaining Paint Shops and mixing units, cranes and welding equipment is preferred * Flexibility * Be able to install, test, maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial/ industrial buildings. * Qualified 17th or 18th edition and NVQ Level 3 * Must be able to read and understand wiring of electrical components and circuit If you are interested in the position of Maintenance Supervisor or would like to learn more, please apply with a copy of your CV and a member of the LG Engineering Solutions team will be in touch shortly
