Do you have experience in continuous improvement? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient centred care? We're growing our consultancy services and are looking for a Lead Consultant for a new contract win with James Paget University Hospital.
In this role you'll be responsible for driving the improvement of the end-to-end patient experience across all identified processes, systems, and policies for external clients. This role requires a strategic approach to client engagements, utilising the "Discover, Transform and Return Model" of delivery to identify root causes of performance issues and implement co-designed, sustainable solutions.

Everyday you will...
* Lead client interactions to understand their unique challenges and objectives, ensuring tailored solutions that address specific needs
* Utilise lean tools and techniques, including the use of practical problem solving, value stream mapping, day in the life of, 5S, 3M and others
* Oversee the "Discover, Transform and Return" phases, providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment with client goals
* Collaborate with clients to co-design innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
* Ensure that transformation initiatives are effectively integrated into the client's operating model for long-term success
* Establish metrics and monitor systems to track the success of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments
* Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment

* Experience in a continuous improvement or transformation role
* Experience with Lean or Six Sigma tools
