About the role
Role Overview:
As a Locality Manager, you will:
* Provide strategic leadership and manage the supported living service daily.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
* Create and maintain person-centered care plans promoting independence and choice.
* Recruit, train, and develop a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
* Build positive relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.
* Assume responsibility as Registered Manager for the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to safeguarding protocols and relevant legislation.
* Drive continuous improvement and address service issues proactively.
* Handle new referrals, conduct assessments, and meet occupancy targets.
* Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
* Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Proven experience managing supported living services or similar settings.
* Strong leadership skills with a proactive, compassionate approach.
* Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel.
