Your duties will include:
* Running our busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront
* Managing and training the front office team
* Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the department
* Ensuring all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively
* Supporting other departments and being part of the Duty Manager Rota
* Operationally be involved with checking guests in and out
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel setting in a team leader, supervisor, or duty manager role. This guest-facing position is mainly focused on reception but also involves supporting other front of house areas like the restaurant and events. Flexibility is important, as shifts vary and can include early starts, late finishes, and mid-day hours. Strong communication and a hands-on, service-focused approach are essential.
