Account Development Manager
Location: Uxbridge, West London (Hybrid)
Base pay: £40,000 DOE plus company bonus & benefits.
Employment type: Full time, permanent.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (37.5 hrs/week).
Reporting to: Head of Customer Growth.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Growth, the ADM drives revenue growth across our partner channel. Own account development, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, strengthen engagement, and showcase product value. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster growth, retention, and long‑term loyalty. Demonstrate our solutions, communicate value proposition, and drive product adoption across accounts.
Your Responsibilities
* Proactively collaborate with partners to uncover growth opportunities through increased licence volumes and new product introductions.
* Own partner support queries and deliver a smooth, high‑quality experience.
* Guide partners on positioning and maximizing our technology in line with agreements.
* Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address partner and customer needs.
* Work with internal teams to ensure partner requests are actioned quickly.
* Monitor customer usage trends and identify revenue opportunities.
* Spot early risks, reduce churn, and collaborate with colleagues across the business.
* Lead or support projects that drive revenue growth or enhance operational performance within the Customer Success team.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer success or client‑facing roles.
* Strong commercial awareness, especially within SaaS business models.
* Proven experience managing partner and customer relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to develop structured, strategic solutions.
* High technical understanding of products.
* Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills and effective prioritisation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Determination and persistence in managing opportunities and resolving queries.
