Responsibilities:
* Carrying out viewings.
* Arranging viewings if contacted by email.
* Communication with viewers.
* Referencing.
* Inventories.
* Inspections, interim and final.
* Updating website.
* Assessing deposit deductions.
* Liaising with landlords re tenants' requests.
* Organise let boards.
* Small maintenance jobs at flats.
* Keys management
* Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with landlords and other relevant organisations.
* Stay up to date with key legislation and ensure landlords are aware and compliant.
* Ensure all properties are up to date with all required certificates and documentation. Update and maintain office records and paperwork.
* Complete ARLA exams to level 6.
* Other ad hoc tasks.
