Salary: £83 - £95 + holiday pay (inflation-adjusted per week)

The role of a Learning Support Assistant is multifaceted. You will work alongside faculty to support the educational growth and development of pupils, either in a group setting or on a 1-1 basis. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of a classroom and liaise with teachers to ensure student needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with teachers to implement educational plans to industry standards.
* Helping students access and understand the curriculum.
* Monitoring pupils' behaviour and welfare throughout the day.
* Ensuring all students have access to equal opportunities.
* Vigilantly safeguarding students.
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK.
* Provide 24 months of professional references.
