We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and campaign delivery for a growing organisation at the forefront of UK digital infrastructure. This is a high-impact role focused on building brand awareness, credibility, and market presence across both core and emerging business areas.
You’ll own the brand marketing roadmap, translating strategy into compelling narratives and delivering top- and mid-funnel campaigns that support new product launches, vertical expansion, and market education.
Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Manager include:
• Lead brand strategy and campaign execution aligned to business growth priorities
• Develop brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign concepts
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, and media channels
• Own always-on brand activity including thought leadership and reputation building
• Partner with Product, Sales, Content, and Performance teams to drive commercial impact
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints
• Track and report on brand awareness, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
The successful Brand Marketing Manager will have:
• Strong experience in B2B brand and upper-funnel marketing
• Proven track record delivering campaigns for new products or market entry
• Excellent storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills
• Experience working with creative teams or agencies
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
• Understanding of how brand activity feeds demand generation
