We are looking for a proactive and committed SEND / Inclusion Administrative Officer to play a key role in ensuring our pupils with additional needs receive the best possible support.
About the Role

You will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher and Inclusion Team to coordinate SEND processes, manage essential documentation, liaise with parents and external agencies, and contribute to the smooth running of our provision.
If you love organisation, thrive in a busy school environment, and want to make a real difference, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
1. Maintain and manage SEND records, databases, provision maps and statutory documentation
2. Track pupil support, interventions and progress data for reporting and inspections
3. Prepare and oversee documentation for EHCP applications, referrals and Annual Reviews
4. Coordinate SEND timetables, 1:1 rotas, intervention schedules and meetings
5. Arrange, attend and minute meetings, circulating required documentation
6. Be a professional and supportive point of contact for staff, parents and external agencies
7. Contribute to general office operations and support SEND resource organisation
8. Uphold our values, safeguarding responsibilities, and inclusive ethos
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
9. Has excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills
10. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
11. Can work independently, manage their own workload and adapt to changing priorities
12. Builds strong relationships with pupils, families, staff and external partners
13. Handles confidential and sensitive information with integrity
14. Is committed to equality, inclusion and safeguarding
15. Has Level 2 English & Maths and a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
Experience in a school setting or SEND environment is desirable but not essential—your mindset, professionalism and commitment are what matter most.
What We Offer
16. A warm, supportive and forward‑thinking school community
17. Opportunities for professional development and training
18. The chance to make a meaningful difference to children’s lives every day
19. A role where no two days are the same—and your contribution truly matters
