Job Description
As part of our Global Plastics Technologies team, you will support the technology transfer from development to series production.
You will be responsible for the plastic disposables of automated and manual platforms.
Technical project management of injection-moulded components (part specification, tool approval, sampling, series start-up, capacity planning) is also part of your tasks.
You will support suppliers in troubleshooting and process improvements through robust manufacturing methods.
International travelling to our global suppliers, especially in Europe and North America, can account for up to 20% of your work and is no obstacle for you.
Your profile
* You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering / plastics technology or a comparable qualification.
* You have several years of practical work experience in the field of complex production systems in plastics technology.
* Experience in injection moulding of microfluidic components is advantageous.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, chemical environment or GMP environment is an advantage.
* You have experience in the industrialisation and production of integrated assemblies in a controlled environment and with common CAD programs.
* You possess a high degree of self-motivation and a quick grasp of concepts.
* Business fluent in English with strong communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary and intercultural collaboration.
