I am looking for a Registered Supported Living Manager to launch and lead a new service supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concern. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, build a compassionate and person-centred team, and promote independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support.
What You'll Bring
* Experience managing or working in supported living environments
* Expertise in supporting individuals with complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concern
* A Level 4 qualification in a relevant field (essential)
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Confidence in managing budgets, referrals, business development, and liaising with local authorities
* A proactive approach to reviewing and implementing effective systems and processes
