Core Value Recruitment is proud to partner with a values-led, independent domiciliary care provider in Bournemouth. Following a successful internal restructure, they are now seeking a disciplined and emotionally intelligent Field Care Supervisor
to lead their community team.
This is a rare 9-5, Monday-to-Friday role that offers a perfect balance of office-based coordination and community-based leadership.
The Role:
* Lead from the Front:
Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
* Develop the Team:
Conduct regular meetings and provide ongoing training to maintain elite standards.
* Compliance & Quality:
Manage care plans, risk assessments, and ensure full adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Relationship Building:
Act as the key point of contact for clients, families, and external healthcare professionals.
* Tech-Forward:
Use digital systems for rostering and reporting with confidence.
About You:
* Experienced:
Minimum of 3 years as a Senior Carer or Supervisor in a care setting.
* Mobile:
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
* Qualified:
Strong IT literacy and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
* Gender Requirement:
