Responsibilities as a Reservations Agent
Handling guest enquiries via phone and email in a professional and personable manner
Processing room reservations accurately using the hotel booking systems
Advising guests on room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities
Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue where appropriate
Supporting the wider reservations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Youll be a great fit if you:
Have previous experience in hotel reservations, front office or a customer-facing role within a 4 or 5-star environment
Communicate confidently and enjoy building rapport with guests
Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
Thrive in a busy, service-focused environment
Take pride in delivering excellent customer service from the first enquiry onwards
