Property Administrator, Cardiff - £26,400 - £27,400pa DOE
Our client, an independent Property Management company is looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join their existing team as their portfolio continues to grow.
Job Role:
To ensure the property is maintained during the tenancy and contract holders and landlords receive the highest level of customer service in relation to any issues at the property. Handle the checkout process up to and including the processing of the deposit.
Main Duties:
* Serve as the primary contact for all day-to-day property management inquiries through the property management help desk.
* Communicate with landlords regarding maintenance requests and other property-related matters.
* Collaborate within-house maintenance team and external contractors to obtain quotes, schedule work, and arrange access for maintenance tasks.
* Manage utility accounts for new tenants and handle ongoing billing matters.
* Conduct property inspections and create inventories as needed, ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations.
* Be responsible for the emergency line placed on a rota with other members of the team working a Saturday - 1 in 6.
Experience/Qualifications required:
* Previous experience working in the Property Sector – Minimum of 1 year
* Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
* Professional and hardworking
* Driving license – preferable
