You'll play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and performance management across the year, ensuring we're making the smartest decisions to maximise profitability and long-term growth.
Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as Finance Business Partner: Produce high-quality weekly and monthly financial reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Conduct weekly debt reviews to strengthen cash flow performance.
Present clear, visually engaging financial updates to stakeholders, driving discussion and challenge.
Work closely with the commercial team to build business plans and budgets that add real value.
Review commercial contracts to ensure strong performance, with a particular focus on surcharges.
Support decision-making by articulating commercial rationales with client managers and senior finance leaders.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to challenge and support financial performance.
Great news! A degree-level education and a full professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
A strong understanding of P&Ls, budgetary control, and financial reporting.
Experience partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, ideally in a fast-paced, growing business.
A proactive mindset and a passion for improving financial performance.
Highly analytical with excellent commercial judgement.
