Working Pattern: Part-time, term time only

Actual Salary Range: £20,444 - £20,736 p.a. inc.

Hours: 30 hours x 39 weeks per annum

Starting: September 2025

Sanza Teaching Agency are partnered with a wonderful primary school located in Enfield who empower their staff with the skills necessary to provide their children with the support and challenge they need to access the curriculum.

Everyone in this school community shows a willingness and dedication to improve their individual knowledge, skills and abilities.

We are looking to appoint Scale 3 Teaching Assistants to join our support staff team. These roles will include a combination of support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), small group and intervention support and general classroom support.

The ideal candidate will:

3. Show commitment and enthusiasm for working with all children;
4. Demonstrate good understanding of inclusive practice to enable children with SEND to access learning and make good progress;
