A well-established regional contractor with a turnover in excess of £30 million is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their growing team in Grantham. Operating across residential groundworks, commercial, and general construction, the business delivers projects for both developers and private clients throughout the area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Contracts Manager or an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a senior role. You will oversee multiple sites, manage site teams, ensure client satisfaction, and support the continued growth of a well-respected family-run company.
