We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our regional Build Team based in London.
Location: Gerrards Cross
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexibility available with start and end times if desired

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Manager you'll be working within the Digital Team, focusing on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use alongside supporting and managing the digital project team.
Your day to day will include:
* Support and audit the project team to ensure standards, methods and procedures using specified software / workflows are in use
* Ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant project(s)
* Promoting digital strategies that are implemented across the business and projects and provide feedback to Senior Digital Construction Manager to ensure progress is being made and commitment to documentation is being observed
* Responsible for collating monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation within the business unit and across projects

This role of Senior Digital Construction Manager is great for you if:
* Proven experience in preconstruction and tender stage BIM delivery
* Strong understanding of digital workflows, model-based estimating and early-stage co-ordination
* Ability to influence and support strategic decision-making through data and visualisation
* A collaborative mindset to work across disciplines and regions and significant management experience
* BIM Project Information Partitionner Qualification desirable
