About Us

Keplin Group Ltd is a UK-based company owning 11 leading FMCG brands. With a strong presence in import and distribution, we deliver quality, innovation, and competitive pricing to customers across the UK and Europe. From product design and compliance to top-tier logistics, we provide end-to-end solutions that help businesses thrive in today’s dynamic market.

Life at Keplin Group Ltd

Our culture is one of our greatest strengths. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, approachable, and inclusive environment where everyone feels part of a shared journey. Our team is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a drive to excel and a commitment to being the best version of ourselves. If that resonates with you, we believe you’ll thrive here.

Why join us as a Inventory and Demand Planner?

At Keplin, this role goes far beyond stock checks and spreadsheets. As an Inventory & Demand Planner, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain — ensuring that the right products reach the right places at the right time. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency, making you a key driver of our success.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple product categories, collaborate closely with buying, sales, logistics, and marketing teams, and help shape the strategies that keep our business competitive. With our rapid growth across the UK and Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, while building a career path that can take you into senior planning, supply chain management, or commercial strategy roles.

We’ll support you with modern tools, data-driven planning processes, and a collaborative team culture where your ideas are valued. If you’re detail-oriented, commercially minded, and eager to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced FMCG environment, Keplin is the place where your planning expertise can truly shine.

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Inventory and Demand Planner to join our expanding team. This dual-focused role will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels and forecasting product demand across all retail and wholesale channels. You’ll ensure products are available at the right time and in the right quantities, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with the buying, commercial, and operations teams to align planning with business strategy—leveraging data, tools, and systems to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain accurate SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales data, trends, seasonality, and promotional insights.
* Participate in monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand forecasts with commercial and supply plans.
* Forecast demand for new product launches, promotions, and key trading events.

Inventory Management

* Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple channels to maintain high availability and avoid overstock situations.
* Optimize inventory turnover and working capital through intelligent stock classification (A/B/C) and replenishment strategies.
* Collaborate with procurement to ensure purchase orders align with forecasts, lead times, and sales expectations.
* Perform regular inventory reviews and aged stock analysis to recommend action plans.

Analytics & Reporting

* Track and improve forecast accuracy; conduct variance analysis and root-cause reviews.
* Generate regular reports on stock health, inventory turns, aged inventory, and service levels.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to reduce excess inventory and improve fill rates.

️ Systems & Process Improvement

* Maintain accurate product master data in ERP systems including costs, attributes, and mappings.
* Drive automation and system improvements to enhance forecasting and planning capabilities.
* Work closely with IT to support planning tool enhancements and dashboard development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Liaise with Buyers, Category Managers, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure plans support revenue and margin targets.
* Communicate demand risks, stock constraints, and planning changes clearly to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning in FMCG, retail, or distribution.
* Warehouse Experience preferred but not essential
* Strong Excel skills; proficient with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics).
* Experience with demand planning or inventory tools (e.g., Anaplan, SAP APO) or BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
* Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

* Impactful role: shape our marketplace strategy, influence growth, and contribute to new tools and processes
* With Industry Leaders: Be part of a winning team that thrives on success and collaboration.
* Flexible Working Options – Hybrid work available.
* Supportive Culture: Collaborative and inclusive – your voice matters
* Work–Life Balance: Quarterly team socials & events
