Position Details
* Organization: Alignerr
* Type: Hourly Contract
* Location: Remote
* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
* Design advanced biology questions and problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance
* Develop clear, rigorous, step‑by‑step solutions that demonstrate expert reasoning
* Evaluate AI‑generated outputs for scientific accuracy, logic, and quality
* Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters‑level biology topics
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills across advanced biology domains
* Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
* Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigor
* No prior AI experience required — your biology knowledge is what matters
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
* Familiarity with scientific writing or academic research
* Exposure to molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, or biochemistry at an advanced level
