Assistant Site Manager
Bristol | £40,000 - £50,000 per annum |
Acorn Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for large volume housebuilder for the Bristol Region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team to deliver a high-quality residential project.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including subcontractor management.
* Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in line with company and NHBC requirements.
* Working alonside and report to Senior Site manager ensuring project deadlines and budget.
* Maintain accraute resords and site documentation along with inductions and toolbox talks.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years residential experience within a management capacity.
* SMSTS, first aid and CSCS certified.
* A driven, motivated indvidual focused on quality.
* Sound knowledge of the housing sector incl. building regulations and legal guidelines.
