About The Role
Working as part of the spa team in 19 treatment rooms and 5 relaxation rooms, you will deliver treatments with excellent service to both guests and members, including:
* Welcoming clients and creating a personalised service
* Delivering treatments to a 4‑star level of service
* Answering client enquiries on treatments and products available, up‑selling where possible
* Assisting with clients’ lunch and food & beverage orders
About You
* Must hold a Level 3 beauty therapy qualification or a similar qualification
* Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast‑pace environment
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Committed to working as a team
