Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that’s passionate about delivering truly person-centred outcomes and going the extra mile to make a difference every day.
Taking the lead at this warm and welcoming service in Welwyn Garden City, supporting four ladies and two gentlemen with a range of needs including Dementia, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
As a Service Leader Level 2 (Registered Manager), you’ll be responsible for:
12. Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care and support
13. Creating opportunities for people to engage with their local and wider community
14. Supporting people with behaviours that require intensive planning and management
15. Leading a large, dedicated team of Support Workers
16. Driving performance and setting a positive, inclusive culture
17. Ensuring services are well-resourced and compliant with CQC standards
In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. If you do not already hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Care Management Level 3, then we will support you to work towards one.
