Overview
The House Coordinator (previously House Matron) is responsible to the Housemaster/mistress (HoM) for daily, routine and periodic procedures to secure, support and enhance the wellbeing of pupils in the House environment and for generally supporting pupils in their school lives, liaising with parents, other colleagues and external service providers as required. This role is for Mansfield's House in the Prep School. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9:30-5.

Responsibilities
Be responsible to the HoM for daily, routine and periodic procedures to secure, support and enhance the wellbeing of pupils in the House environment and for generally supporting pupils in their school lives, liaising with parents, other colleagues and external service providers as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Age 18+ for all roles, with exceptions noted for lifeguard positions (16+ with relevant qualifications).
* All posts are subject to a safer recruitment process including enhanced criminal records disclosure (DBS) and other checks, reference checks and pre-employment screening.
* Applicants may be asked to provide references prior to interview.
* The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; disclosure of all previous convictions not exempt under amendments may be requested.
