The Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leaders to join our dedicated team at our Chalkstone Way site. We are looking for experienced Room Leaders to play a vital role in the launch and development of our new nursery setting.
The Role Includes
* Leading a room to ensure a high-quality, stimulating, and nurturing environment
* Supervising and mentoring staff, sharing best practices
* Contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
About You
* A qualified childcare professional (minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
* Confident in leading and inspiring a team
* Creative, reflective, and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and education
* Skilled in building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
