If so, Evri wants you to join our Change & Technology Governance team as a Senior Business Analyst - a key role shaping the future of one of the UK’s largest logistics networks.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of major transformation. You’ll work across business functions to uncover real business needs, guide decision-making, and translate ideas into actionable, benefits-driven change. Your work will directly influence our technology landscape, customer experience, operations, and long-term strategy.

* Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business drivers, define goals, and articulate measurable benefits.
* Leading business analysis for discovery and inception phases - scoping problems, mapping current states, identifying opportunities, and defining future processes.
* Eliciting, challenging, prioritising, and managing business and product requirements with full traceability.
* Producing high-quality, solution-agnostic analysis artefacts such as: Story maps, EPICs, As-is / To-be process maps, Business capability heatmaps, Concept diagrams, Impact assessments and VMOST alignment.
* Working across people, process, and technology change to ensure end-to-end deliverability.
* Collaborating with Product Managers, Architecture, Engineering, Service Management and Project Managers to ensure alignment and value-driven delivery.
* Supporting benefits identification, planning and realisation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Guiding testing considerations, transition planning, and operational readiness.
* Communicating complex information clearly and confidently to all levels, including senior leadership.

* 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with experience across full project lifecycles.
* Strong background in delivering people, process and technology change.
* Expertise in elicitation, analysis and presentation techniques.
* Proven ability to work on complex initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
* Experience using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
* Confidence creating clear documentation - requirements, impacts, gaps, business rules.
* Experience with Confluence, JIRA or similar tools (beneficial).
