An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, personable and resilient individual to join our motorcycle design department as a Bill Of Materials Coordinator. This is an 18-month FTC full-time contract covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate the creation and updating of Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOMs) and Prototype Bill of Materials (PRBOM).
* Arrange and coordinate with project teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Audit BOMs via comparisons, noting discrepancies and communicating appropriately.
* Coordinate and support monthly BOM validation for Purchasing.
* Work closely with Design, Purchasing, and Product Structure teams to maintain BOMs.
* Develop and maintain BOM knowledge and capabilities.
* Drive process optimization for BOM creation and maintenance.
* Provide regular reports to management.
* Assist with projects as assigned by your Manager.
* Perform any other duties as required.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
