Assistant Reception Manager – you will be supporting the Reception Manager in guiding the team and running a smooth operation. This is a 48‑hour contract, full‑time position.

Your Day At Aqua
* Lead by example: Support the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
* Handle guest relations: Manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for guests and the team
* Operational excellence & communication: maintain effective communication between the team and senior management so that everything is excellently executed
You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £13,992.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
