You'll work directly with the Managing Director. Senior HR Generalist Role This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll cover all aspects of HR in a friendly, no-nonsense environment. From helping with recruitment and getting new starters settled in, to maintaining employee records and handling the occasional workplace query, you'll be the go-to person for all things people-related. What You'll Be Doing: Manage HR queries - helping employees and managers with practical advice and support Handle recruitment from start to finish, including posting jobs, interviewing, and getting new team members up and running Keep employee files organised and up-to-date, ensuring we meet all the legal requirements Support with the occasional employee relations matter (though thankfully these are rare in their positive environment!) Drive HR project and initiatives Take care of general HR admin and make sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day Your Profile Experience in a generalist HR role with solid knowledge of basic employment law and HR best practices CIPD qualification is nice to have but definitely not essential - practical experience and the right attitude is more greatly valued.
