We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Horley. This is a full-time role starting in November, working closely with students who need additional support to reach their full potential. About the Role: Supporting students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs Working in a classroom of 3-8 students. Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning Helping students build confidence, independence, and social skills Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment ✅ Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting A patient, positive, and flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for education and inclusion Desirable: Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 3 TA, or equivalent) Previous experience in a secondary school All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
