BMS Technical Account Manager
Are you a BMS Engineer looking for a change? Are you looking to get off the tools? Have you always been interested in sales but wanted to also stay in engineering? As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the primary interface between the company and their clients—owning relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring their solutions are expertly tailored to meet performance, sustainability, and operational goals. This role blends deep technical knowledge with commercial insight and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of key clients in London and the surrounding areas.
* Provide strategic guidance on system upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and integration with other smart technologies.
* Work closely with internal engineering teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and drive customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
Experience Required:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS), preferably with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell.
* A strong understanding of HVAC control systems, energy management, and building automation principles.
* Experience interpreting technical specifications and producing accurate system designs or proposals.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. HND/HNC, degree in engineering, BMS-specific certifications) are advantageous.
