The Role - Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
The nursery is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team. The successful candidate will:
* Deliver high‑quality childcare and education for children aged 0-5
* Plan and lead creative, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
* Promote independence, confidence, and curiosity in children
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently upheld
Requirements
* Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Enthusiastic, caring, and proactive approach
