About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GDC‑registered Dental Nurse to step into a Lead Dental Nurse position at Bupa Dental Care West Bridgford practice, located close to Nottingham city centre. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality standards, and delivering excellent patient care in a modern private practice.
Qualifications
* GDC Registered
* Preferred dental experience
* Confident leader
* Personable, positive, enthusiastic with a strong customer focus
* Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
* Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
* Oversee reception and staff rotas
* Update patient records
* Set up decontamination of instruments
* Provide clinical chair‑side support to dentists
* Undertake some reception duties
* Provide excellent patient care
Working Hours
Full time – 40 hours per week
* Monday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
* Tuesday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
* Wednesday: 9:15 am – 6:15 pm
* Thursday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
* Friday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
