We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team within Vistry Devon South West, at our Exeter office. As our Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and direct sales support to the Sales and Marketing Team for Shared Ownership Sales to ensure the smooth running of the Sales & Marketing Department. Your role will include supporting the customer journey, facilitating timely exchanges through regular communications with Sage / Heylo, mortgage brokers, and estate agents, and dealing with issues promptly and efficiently. You should possess excellent planning and organisational skills, be structured in your approach to work, and pay keen attention to detail to obtain and distribute compliance documentation for completions. Strong IT skills, a process-driven mindset, and a passion for driving improvement are essential.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
