Job Description We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Electrical Water Treatment Service Engineer to join aprestigious, market leading company in pumping equipment solutions with over six decades of industry experience based around the Stoke-on-Trent area In this role, you'll collaborate with a Mechanical Service Engineer, responding to breakdowns, working as a dynamic duo to provide electrical servicing, installation, and commissioning of various pumping equipment across the Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire areas. This role is suitable for someone with electrical skills / qualifications, ideally with a background in pumping equipment, valves, pipe work, drainage, utilities, water treatment etc. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to stay away from home from time-to-time. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position What youll be doing Electrical servicing, installations, and commissioning of a variety of pumping equipment, pumping stations, valves, control panels and pipe work etc Aim to optimise equipment and troubleshoot any issues Respond to breakdowns around the Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire areas Flexible to accommodate overnight stays if necessary Ensure a timely response to service requests Produce site reports to document work progress and findings Maintain health and safety regulations at all times Serve as a positive representative for the company, advocating for its products and services Ensure company tools and supplies needed are loaded in the van at all times Safely operate the company van for transportation to and from job sites Manage petty cash and process credit card payments as needed Hours Monday-Friday, Day Shifts, 40 hours per week (need to be flexible) Pay £30k - £45k per annum (depending on experience) Overtime paid at time 1/3 & time 1/2 Skills/Experience Required Relevant experience with pumps, valves, pipe work or similar A background in Utility Maintenance, Water Treatment, Drainage etc would be beneficial NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent 17th or 18th edition qualification A valid UK driving licence is essential Must be flexible to stay away from home if required CSCS, First Aid or Confined space training would be beneficial Benefits Company pension (after 3 years company fund employee contribution) Private healthcare Critical illness cover Death in wish service Overtime available Training provided Growing business with opportunities for progression All expenses covered Tools provided Free on-site parking Day shifts No weekends Flexible working Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
