Our client, a very well established iGaming company, are looking for a dynamic and strategically minded Director with deep expertise in both product management and marketing, with proven leadership in customer experience, CRM, and affiliate strategy. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial performance of our casino vertical, with oversight of both product and marketing teams.
The Director of Marketing will ensure alignment between user experience, platform innovation, promotional strategy, and content excellence to drive growth, engagement, and retention across our casino operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the integrated strategy for casino product and marketing, aligning with broader company goals.
* Champion a customer-first approach across all casino operations, leveraging data, user feedback, and analytics to shape vision and decision-making.
* Lead cross-functional alignment between content, product, SEO, CRM, and acquisition marketing.
* Drive the casino product roadmap in close collaboration with UX, design, and development teams.
* Own the product lifecycle from ideation to optimization — ensuring a seamless and engaging player experience.
* Lead the casino’s growth marketing, including brand campaigns, user acquisition, retention, and promotions.
* Oversee CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing programs to enhance player engagement and lifetime value.
* Manage and evolve affiliate marketing strategy, ensuring optimal channel performance and partner collaboration.
* Ensure the commercial site performance is optimized across all customer journeys
* Oversee content performance and ensure collaboration with the Director of SEO to
* maximize visibility and traffic.
* Collaborate with finance, analytics, and BI to ensure reporting, forecasting, and KPIs
* are robust and actionable.
* Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team across multiple disciplines: marketing, product, CRM, and content.
Required Skills &Experience:
* 7+ years of experience in online casino or iGaming, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. (A Must)
* Proven track record in both product development and marketing strategy.
* Deep knowledge of customer experience, CRM, and affiliate marketing in a performance-driven environment.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-informed mindset.
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large budgets.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
