Job Description
General Manager - Manufacture * Holds full P&L accountability for manufacturing operations * Leads all production, planning, supply chain and site-based functions * Drives safety, quality, delivery and cost performance across the operation * Implements manufacturing strategy aligned to wider business objectives * Oversees continuous improvement, lean initiatives and operational maturity * Builds strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders * Leads, develops and succession-plans the senior site leadership team * Ensures compliance with regulatory, contractual and governance requirement
The Successful Applicant
General Manager - Manufacture * Senior manufacturing leader from a regulated or safety‑critical sector * Proven experience leading complex production operations end‑to‑end * Strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement * Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and performance * Credible leader able to influence at executive and customer level * Track record of developing leadership capability and workforce culture * Comfortable operating in secure, compliance-driven environments * Degree qualified or equivalent experience in engineering or manufacturing
