Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
* Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with deadlines
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development
* Liaising with clients and responding to queries promptly and professionally
* Reviewing audit work and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Proven experience managing audits and leading audit teams
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
