With ambitious growth plans well underway, they’re now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their talented team in Leeds.
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take full ownership of customer projects from order through to delivery, ensuring every contract runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. You’ll be the vital link between sales, engineering, and production — managing timelines, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong communication with clients every step of the way.
You’ll:
* Review project scopes, generate contracts, and identify risks.
* Coordinate with internal teams to align schedules, technical requirements, and customer needs.
* Oversee contract performance, providing regular feedback and updates to stakeholders.
* Manage drawings, documentation, and Factory Acceptance Tests.
* Seek out opportunities to improve margins and build lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in a Contracts Management or Order Fulfilment role within manufacturing.
* Confident problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues.
* Great communication, attention to detail, and a professional approach to client engagement.
* A background in electrical or electronic engineering (ONC or equivalent) would be a big plus.
* Knowledge of transformers, switchgear, or similar industries is desirable but not essential.
