Permanent Contract, Term Time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks).
Reports to Estates Manager/Deputy Estates Manager and Cleaning Supervisor
Are you passionate about hygiene and cleanliness and looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in an educational setting? Joseph Leckie Academy is seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaner to join our team.
You will assist in providing comprehensive cleaning support to the Academy by undertaking a range of tasks as assigned to you by a Cleaning Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that the academy’s environment is clean, hygienic, and safe for students, staff, and visitors. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the academy, including classrooms, offices, common areas, toilets, and washrooms. Support the health, safety, and wellbeing of the academy community through effective cleaning practices. Assist in setting up and cleaning after school events or activities as needed. Support and maintain collaborative relationships with staff and external professionals. Excellent communication skills
